Our Story
Founded in 2025, STUDIO: ARC is a strategic digital design studio specialising in website design, brand identity, and social media strategy.
Led by Founder & Digital Creative Director Jessica Swords, we partner with ambitious businesses across the UK and beyond — from beauty and lifestyle brands to outdoor specialists, entertainers, and performance coaches — to build powerful, authentic, and enduring online presences.
Every project begins with understanding. We take time to uncover each brand’s story, values, and audience before crafting design and strategy that not only look exceptional but perform with purpose. Jessica Swords - Founder & Digital Creative Director
With a background in the military and over a decade of digital marketing experience, Jessica combines strategic precision with creative vision to deliver meaningful, measurable results. She is passionate about helping businesses thrive online — shaping distinctive digital identities that tell a story, evoke emotion, and leave a lasting impression.
Driven by clarity and purpose, Jessica partners with entrepreneurs and growing brands to refine their online presence, strengthen their positioning, and build confident, conversion-ready strategies. Taking a business from concept to visibility — and watching it rise — is what drives her work at STUDIO: ARC.
Beyond her creative career, Jessica actively volunteers with charities supporting veterans’ mental health and serves as a trained UK and International Responder with REACT Disaster Response. She finds balance through travel, exploring the UK in her campervan, visiting places rich in history and architecture, and grounding her Sundays in Church, faith, and reflection.
Olivia Fitzgerald - Executive Assistant
With a strong background in executive support across Media and Marketing, Olivia brings a perfect blend of efficiency, creativity, and a personable touch to her work. She has a talent for balancing high-level organisation with a warm, approachable style, ensuring both internal operations and client relationships run seamlessly.
Olivia thrives in fast-paced environments, providing exceptional support to the team. With her proactive mindset and attention to detail, she plays a crucial role in streamlining processes and delivering seamless client experiences that contribute directly to the success of projects. Whether coordinating schedules, managing communications, or optimising workflows, she helps keep everything running with precision, allowing the team to focus on delivering outstanding results for clients.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys exploring new coffee spots, curating the perfect playlist for every occasion, and unwinding with a good book. She has a love for travel and photography, always looking for inspiration in new places and experiences.
